These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AnnuityTown website operated by Brt Capital, Inc. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Educational website only

The site provides general educational and marketing information about annuities and retirement-income topics. AnnuityTown is not an insurance company and does not sell, solicit, negotiate, issue, or underwrite insurance products. Site content is not individualized insurance, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

No offer or guarantee

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell an insurance product. Product availability, rates, features, fees, surrender terms, tax treatment, and suitability vary by insurer, contract, state, and individual circumstances. Annuity guarantees depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company and are subject to contract terms.

Licensed-partner appointments

Appointment access is currently closed. When it opens, scheduling will be provided through a separate system operated by the licensed referral partner identified at booking and/or its service providers. When you open or use that system, you are interacting with a third party. Its terms and privacy policy will govern the scheduling service and information you submit there.

A scheduled appointment does not require you to purchase a product. Any product discussion, recommendation, application, or transaction must be handled by a properly licensed professional and is subject to applicable disclosures and state law.

Telephone communications

Displayed telephone numbers may connect you directly to the licensed partner or a call-routing service. Standard telephone charges may apply. Calls may be monitored or recorded where permitted and with any notice or consent required by law.

Accuracy and updates

We aim to present understandable information, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error-free. Rates, laws, tax rules, carrier information, and product terms can change. Confirm material information with the issuing insurer, a licensed professional, and your own legal or tax adviser before acting.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens our systems, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to violate law or another person’s rights.

Any venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or other dispute-resolution provision must be approved by qualified counsel and published before these Terms are treated as launch-final. Until then, nothing in this section waives rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
