Privacy Policy
Prelaunch policy — review with qualified counsel before launch.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AnnuityTown (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit this website.
Our role
AnnuityTown operates an educational marketing website. We are not an insurance company and do not sell, solicit, negotiate, or issue insurance products. Starting October 28, 2026, some pages show an appointment calendar, a webinar registration form, and a question form provided by our licensed referral partner, AnnuityFinder.
Information you submit through licensed-partner forms
The appointment calendar, webinar registration form, and question form are embedded from the licensed partner’s scheduling and customer-management service. Information you enter there, such as your name, email address, phone number, state, and retirement savings range, goes directly to AnnuityFinder and its service providers. AnnuityTown’s website does not receive or store it. The licensed partner may use it to respond to your request, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up contact. The licensed partner’s privacy policy and terms are linked within each form and govern its use of that information.
AnnuityTown’s website does not copy partner-form fields into its own website forms, content system, email notifications, analytics store, or webhooks.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may receive limited technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction events. This information may be processed by our hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and call-tracking providers.
The site may use essential storage and first-party measurement for operation, security, aggregate traffic reporting, and campaign attribution. No advertising pixel or call-tracking number is active at the time of this update. The licensed partner’s embedded calendar and forms may use their own cookies or collect technical information under the licensed partner’s policies. This policy will be revised before any additional tracking provider is enabled.
Phone calls
No referral telephone number is active at the time of this update. Before a number is displayed, AnnuityTown will identify the licensed referral partner and any call-routing provider, describe the call metadata they process, and provide any recording notice or consent required by applicable law.
No AnnuityTown-hosted sign-up form
AnnuityTown does not host its own email or SMS sign-up form. The webinar and question forms described above are provided by the licensed partner. If AnnuityTown adds its own form later, this Privacy Policy will be updated before collection begins and the flow will use separate consent, storage, retention, opt-out, and state-eligibility controls.
How information may be used
Automatically collected information may be used to operate and secure the site, understand site performance, measure advertising, improve content, prevent misuse, and comply with law. We do not represent that we sell appointment or form submissions because those submissions go directly to the licensed referral partner.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose limited technical or call-routing information to vendors that help host, secure, analyze, advertise, or operate this site. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Data retention
AnnuityTown keeps limited technical and measurement information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site or comply with law. Information entered in the licensed partner’s calendar and forms is not stored by AnnuityTown’s website; the licensed partner’s privacy policy describes how long the licensed partner keeps it. Provider-specific retention details will be published before any advertising or call-tracking service is enabled.
Your privacy choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain processing. You may also be able to opt out of targeted advertising or certain cookie uses. A verified privacy-request channel must be published below before the site is treated as launch-final. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Browser or device settings may allow you to limit cookies. Advertising platforms also provide their own preference tools. Disabling technologies may affect site functionality or measurement.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled by this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will indicate the latest revision.
Contact
AnnuityTown does not currently operate a visitor contact form. For information you entered in a licensed partner form, use the contact details in the licensed partner’s privacy policy linked within that form. A monitored privacy email and business mailing address for AnnuityTown will be published here.
